Construction supervision is required during the construction: 

1. All facilities in the city center, as well as in the historical section.
2. Public buildings and structures.
3. Objects that the Government has assigned a special status.
4. Residential buildings (excluding private homes).
5. Industrial premises.
6. For restoration and reconstructing objects and buildings.

Field supervision is carried out throughout the building process.
Must remember that supervision is not technical supervision.
