Building condition and engineering survey is a complex of works on definition of the technical condition as of the whole construction site as of its parts.

Construction site are examined: 

1. Periodically, during operation of the construction site (According to Latvian standards).
2. Before designing reconstruction and restoration.
3. Before resuming construction.
4. In the other cases.

The basis of building condition and engineering survey is a general, visual inspection of the premises for which are recorded and evaluated visibly damaged object.
If as a result of visual survey of the object was not observed any visible damage, later research is not necessary.
Further technical research and opening construction is necessary in the case, if the visual examination of the object detected visible damage, which reduces the strength and stability of the object.
As a result, engineering survey, the customer gets the conclusion of the findings and recommendations. This conclusion may be the basis for further detailed technical examination as of the whole construction site as of its parts.
